The egg..... With hair :D

The most halarious thing happened today. We found an egg with hair!!! I took it inside an drew a face on it then took a ba-jillion photos of it. It's great the different types of eggs you get having chickens in your backyard. We've had ones with no shells ( it's soft and squishy, it's really weird :P ), pointy ones ( you could stab someone with it! ) and of course double yolkers.
He's now joined his non-haired, non-faced egg friends.

The seagull with NO legs..... :D

I was in town last week and I sat on a bench  to eat my lunch. I look over and besides me, oogling my food, was what appeared to be a seagull with no legs. I had to look twice. It was cute in a sad kinda way, how it just sat like a grey and white speckled jellybean with a head. Minutes later another seagull arrived to claim the spot the no legged gull had chosen in the hope of food scraps. Turns out the seagull DID have legs! It stood up, squarked  and charged at the new gull in an attempt to keep its spot sacred. Once it was up though, it was up and came timidly up to me where I fed it lettuce.... YEAH! Turns out seagulls eat lettuce, who would have known?? :P
